Initially, all you need is a valid identity card or passport. With these documents, we can facilitate your registration process quickly and efficiently.

Typically, our minimum rental period is one semester. This generally corresponds to accommodation availability from August to December and from January to May. If you are planning a different period, please mention this in your inquiry.

The rental price covers the essentials: high-speed internet, utilities like gas, water, and electricity, as well as furnishing for your apartment. Upon moving out, there is a cleaning fee ranging from 150 to 200 dollars. Additional charges may apply for smokers or pet owners. We ensure complete transparency so that you can plan your expenses accurately!

The process is quite straightforward. When you sign the contract or, at the latest, at the time of key handover, you pay a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. As soon as this is completed, you will receive the keys to your new home and can move in immediately. We ensure a smooth process so that you feel at home from the very beginning.

The deposit is payable either in advance or upon key handover and is securely held in trust until your move-out. The deposit amount is equivalent to one month’s rent. After your move-out, we strive to refund the deposit as swiftly as possible, typically within 14 days.

If you need to move out early for any reason, it’s completely manageable, provided a new tenant is found. We will do our utmost to be flexible and assist in ensuring a smooth transition for re-letting the apartment.
