Rents are calculated individually based on various factors such as the condition of the property, the location and the rental period. We pay up to six months’ rent in advance as a guarantee.* If the rental period exceeds the duration of the advance payment, we will pay the rent on time every month.
As a property owner, you bear no risk as we, ACN Group San Diego, guarantee the rent payment.
In the event that a student does not pay the rent, the security deposit will be withheld first. If this is not sufficient to cover the rent, criminal proceedings will be initiated both in the USA and in Europe after an unsuccessful warning.
